Monday:
A wet and windy start as Storm Floris tracks northeast along Ireland’s west coast toward northern Scotland. Gusts over 90 km/h are expected along the Atlantic coast and in north Ulster, peaking between 2 am and 10 am. Inland, gusts will reach 65–80 km/h. The heaviest rain will fall in the southwest, west, and Ulster. The southeast may see drier intervals. Thunderstorms are possible in the northwest, with a risk of localised flooding overnight and into the morning. Rain will clear from the west by around 9 am, followed by sunny spells and scattered showers. Winds will remain blustery throughout.

Tuesday:
Damp to start in parts of Ulster and along western coasts, but it will become drier and brighter elsewhere. Long sunny spells are expected by afternoon.
