Small Craft warnings issued
Met Éireann has issued two small craft warnings valid for different parts of the Irish coastline on Wednesday and Thursday.
A Small Craft warning has been introduced for coastal waters from Dungarvan to Mizen Head to Loop Head until 10.00 p.m. on Wednesday.
Southeast winds will back east to northeast and will reach force 6 at times during the warning period.
Meanwhile, Met Éireann has also issued a Small Craft warning for coastal waters from Fair Head to Wicklow Head to Valentia.
The alert is valid from 10.00 p.m. on Wednesday until midnight on Thursday.
On land, winds will be predominantly gentle to moderate easterly for the remainder of the week.
