Small Craft Warning for All Irish Coasts

Met Éireann has issued a Small Craft Warning covering all coasts of Ireland, with west to southwest winds forecast to reach force 6 or higher at times.
The warning remains valid until midday on Saturday.
Unsettled conditions will dominate through next week as Ireland remains under a mobile Atlantic pattern.
Temperatures will run below normal, with above-average rainfall and frequent strong winds, particularly on Sunday and Monday.
Friday
Morning showers in the west will extend eastwards, turning heavy and thundery. More widespread rainfall will develop later across the west and south, while east Ulster and northern Leinster see the best of any dry intervals. Rain will clear the south and southeast coast by midnight. Temperatures will reach 13 to 16 degrees in a moderate westerly wind, veering fresh southwesterly.
Saturday
Bright spells and scattered heavy showers are expected, with the risk of thunder. Showers will become more isolated in the afternoon before a band of heavy rain arrives in the southwest by midnight. Afternoon highs of 14 to 17 degrees are forecast, mildest in the east, with moderate to fresh westerly winds easing later.
Sunday
A wet and windy day is in store as heavy rain sweeps northeastwards, followed by showers from the southwest. Gusts of 85 to 95 km/h are likely along Munster and Connacht coasts, with 60 to 70 km/h possible further inland. Further heavy showers will merge into longer spells of rain in the west overnight. Temperatures will range from 14 to 16 degrees in fresh southwesterly winds, strengthening westerly later.
