Scattered showers, some heavy in the east, largely dying out this evening.

Friday
A mainly dry day with widespread sunshine to start. Cloud will move in from the west by late morning, with isolated showers along Atlantic coasts.

Saturday
Dry to start across Ulster and Leinster. Showers will drift north through western counties, merging to longer spells of rain as they spread eastward. The east coast may stay dry during daylight hours. Rain becomes more widespread overnight.

Sunday
Blustery with scattered outbreaks of rain, though drier interludes are likely in the south later in the day.
