Settled and Sunny Conditions to Continue Across Ireland

WeathEire_Forecast-4-1200x675 Settled and Sunny Conditions to Continue Across Ireland

Ireland is set to enjoy largely dry and settled weather through the end of the month, thanks to a dominant area of high pressure.

Rainfall will remain well below normal for the time of year, and temperatures are expected to rise into the low to mid-20s in many areas.

Daytime highs will range from 17°C to 22°C through Wednesday, increasing to between 20°C and 26°C from Thursday onwards.

Early next week could see even warmer conditions as a warm air mass pushes north from the Iberian Peninsula.

Overnight tonight, some patchy light rain or drizzle may affect coastal parts of the west and north. Otherwise, the week ahead looks mostly dry, with only a few isolated showers possible.

Sunshine will be above average, with a mix of bright spells and scattered cloud most days. Winds will be moderate from the southwest on Monday and Tuesday, gradually shifting east to southeast and becoming lighter from midweek.
