Persistent high pressure will deliver exceptionally dry conditions to Ireland over the next 10 to 14 days.

Next week will bring a mix of cloud and sunny spells, with excellent drying conditions.

Isolated showers at times are likely in places inland from Wednesday evening through next weekend, but most places will remain completely dry.

High pressure is favoured to be located close to Ireland as we approach the following week, with rainfall amounts expected to remain below average everywhere.
